Privacy policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how OpsDesigner handles information collected through opsdesigner.com, website inquiries, workshop surveys, and related marketing communications.

For questions or requests about your information, email hello@opsdesigner.com.

Information we collect

Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. You may also provide your job title, company, and phone number. We receive any other information you choose to include in your message or email correspondence.

We also keep inquiry identifiers, submission times, and email-notification status and retry records to operate and troubleshoot the form. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

The Claude SMB Workshop feedback survey is hosted in Google Forms and requires your email address. Google Forms stores your survey responses. We use the responses to improve future workshops and share them with Anthropic for program reporting. We follow up about implementation help only if you request it in the survey. Please do not include confidential information in your responses.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss services you request, and manage our correspondence. We use delivery records to troubleshoot submissions and help protect the form from abuse.

When you submit the contact form, the statement beside the submit button explains that you agree to OpsDesigner using your contact details for marketing purposes. This may include information about our services, training, and workshops. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

Storage and service providers

A copy of your contact details and message is saved in the website’s database. The form also sends these details through FormSubmit to notify OpsDesigner by email. Our business email is provided by Google Workspace.

  • Cloudflare provides website hosting, database infrastructure, and security services.
  • FormSubmit processes form details for email delivery.
  • Google Workspace provides the business inbox where we receive and manage email correspondence.

These providers process information to deliver their services. Their linked privacy information explains their own handling of information. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Cookies and browser preferences

Cloudflare may process technical information about requests to the website and use security cookies to identify automated traffic and protect the site. Its bot-management cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for details.

If you change the reduced-motion setting, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using the footer control or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages and improve the website. Google receives page-view and session information, a cookie-based browser identifier, and the referring website’s origin. We do not send contact-form values, URL query parameters, URL fragments, or user IDs. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.

Analytics stays off until you accept. Accept and Decline are both available in the notice. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer; declining stops further analytics collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data or using another browser may show the notice again.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days without automatic renewal. Google processes analytics information under its Privacy Policy; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Declining analytics does not affect the contact form or access to the website.

How long we keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become client relationships, we delete the inquiry information and related correspondence after 24 months without further contact. We may retain a minimal record of marketing opt-outs so we can continue to honor them.

Client service records are handled according to the applicable service arrangements and recordkeeping requirements. We may retain information longer where required by law.

Marketing choices and privacy requests

To stop marketing communications, use the opt-out method provided in a marketing message or email hello@opsdesigner.com. You can ask to stop all OpsDesigner marketing, and we will stop using your contact details for marketing when you opt out.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or sending communications needed for a service you request.

You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will review requests under applicable requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@opsdesigner.com.
